White cyclone attraction – Russian mountains in Japan
Nagashima Spa Land park in Japan is a dream for those, who are fond of rollercoasters, and it is one of the largest parks in the world. It is located in Mie Prefecture, Japan. It can bring unforgettable emotions to everyone: form children to adults.
Rollercoasters are the most popular kind of attractions in the park, you may find eleven kinds of them here. The «White Cyclone» attraction is considered to be the biggest spiral one made of wood. It is a unique creation of a human mind, as even the observation of people, rolling here, may bring plenty of positive emotions; despite this, all the visitors want to experience the high speed on their own.
It is worth mentioning that the wooden Russian mountains were opened in Japan in 1994. Now they occupy the third place in the list of the longest tracks in the world, its length is 1700 meters. The height of the attraction is also impressive, it equals 42 meters. And the speed of the wagons may reach 100 km/h.
At the first sight, the wooden construction seems to be quite fragile, but according to the experts, the mountains do not yield to steel attractions in safety.
The interesting fact is that the quantity of wood that was used to build the «White Cyclone» will be enough to build about a thousand quite decent wooden houses. To have a ride on the «White Cyclone» one should be higher than 130cm and not older than 54 years.
